Administers screening services as directed by the DOT and individual company policies. Assures cooperative atmosphere within the OHC and between OHC and other departments, facilities or customers. Confers with physical therapists, physicians and other healthcare team members as necessary to ensure safe/effective screening and placement of clients. Assists in overall operation of department to run efficient, effective Occupational Health services.
Assists in monitoring inventory and orders supplies as needed. Promotes the OHC and MMC within the community and the surrounding area. Accurately records and enters daily services/charges into clients record. Provide physical medicine and rehabilitation procedures.
Prevent, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate injuries (acute and chronic). Render first aid to injured players. Coordinate schedule with local athletic directors and rehab manager.
Must be a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Missouri.
